<review><reviewbody>First this a superior print, probably for TV, as the running time has about 10 minutes shaved off to fit an hour viewing time. Cuts are not too intrusive, but you know they are there, as the story jumps somewhat. It is a Rin-Tin-Tin Jr. picture and he is the star and the story focus but the cast is quite good. Bushman and Wilde make a believeable couple. Earl Dwire, George Cheesbro, Steve Clark cast somewhat aginst type only underscore how professional they really were. Down in the credits, note assistant director R.G. Springsteen who would go one to be a prolific and well respected director at Republic Pictures for many years as well as other studios and in television as well.</reviewbody>

<review><reviewbody>Francis X. Bushman Jr. (Yes, his son!) and Rin Tin Tin Jr. (blood line questionable) star together in this somewhat implausable, but still entertaining barn-buster featuring an RCMP officer trying to find out who murdered a fur trapper, and why the fur trapper's daughter has embezzled from the company she works for! Happily, Rin Tin Tin is there to help sort out this mystery (Damn, that is one smart dog.. He knows who's the bad guy and the good guy AND which path the bad guys take to escape!). So this is all nonsense, not really to be taken seriously (including the atrocious Canadian accents and the RCMP mistakes!) but nevertheless good for an hour to kill. </reviewbody>
